We make reasonable efforts to keep the website useful and accurate, but horses, availability, price bands, rates, programs, facility access, events, photographs, and other details may change. Website content is general information and is not a binding offer, guarantee, quote, reservation, or acceptance of an inquiry. Please confirm material details directly with the farm before travelling, making plans, or incurring costs.

Horse listings, sales, and leases

A listing does not guarantee that a horse is available, suitable for a particular rider or purpose, or accurately represented by information that may have changed since publication. Catalogue price filters are broad US-dollar ranges and are not exact asking prices. Training, experience, market conditions, and owner instructions may affect availability and price.

Prospective buyers and lessees are responsible for making their own assessment and obtaining any independent professional, veterinary, legal, insurance, or other advice they consider appropriate. Trials, examinations, suitability assessments, representations, deposits, commissions, transport, insurance, and final terms must be addressed in a separate written agreement with the relevant parties. Nothing on this website creates a sale, lease, agency, partnership, or fiduciary relationship.

Training, lessons, events, and facility inquiries

An online inquiry does not confirm a booking, space, lesson, tour, rental, event entry, or service. Eligibility, schedules, availability, taxes, cancellation terms, payment timing, and program details are confirmed directly. Published farm-service rates are in Canadian dollars unless clearly stated otherwise; horse catalogue ranges are in US dollars.

This website does not provide emergency services and should not be used for urgent animal-health or personal-safety concerns. Contact an appropriate veterinarian, emergency service, or other qualified professional.

Inquiry form conditions

When you submit an inquiry, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are entitled to provide it, and that you are asking Lochside Lane to use it to respond to and administer the request. Do not submit another person’s personal information without their authority. The required privacy acknowledgment is not a marketing subscription, and submitting the form does not require you to accept optional advertising or analytics technologies.

Please keep the message relevant to the inquiry and do not include payment-card information, passwords, government identification, health or veterinary records, or other sensitive or confidential documents. We may decline abusive, unlawful, deceptive, automated, or unrelated submissions. A reply is informational and does not form a booking, reservation, quote acceptance, sale, lease, or other agreement unless the relevant parties enter a separate agreement.

No online payments or card collection

This website does not process payments. Never enter payment-card information in an inquiry or email it to the farm. The printable credit-card authorization form is provided only to be completed and brought to the farm in person; it must not be emailed or uploaded.

Equestrian risk, farm rules, and separate waivers

Horses are large, powerful, and unpredictable animals. Riding, handling, viewing, trialling, training, transporting, and being present around horses or equestrian facilities can involve serious risks, including injury, death, and property damage. Website content is not veterinary, medical, legal, insurance, riding, or safety advice.

Participation, facility access, trials, lessons, rentals, events, or other activities may be subject to farm rules and a separate current agreement, acknowledgment, or release. Adult and minor equestrian forms are available on the Resources page for printing. A parent or legal guardian must complete any required minor documentation. Contact the farm if you are unsure which current form applies.

These website terms do not replace a signed activity waiver, service agreement, sale or lease contract. They do not waive any right or exclude any responsibility that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.

Minors

The website is intended for adults. A minor should use it only with a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian must make or approve inquiries and complete any documents required for a minor’s participation.

Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful personal and business inquiries. You must not attempt to access administrator areas without authorization, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, submit false or abusive content, impersonate another person, scrape the website in a way that disrupts service, or use information from the site to violate another person’s rights.
